Implementing a sustainable Digital Fundraising / Individual Giving Channel from scratch

The challenge:
Operating in a country with low-to-medium trust in NGOs, the audience is careful about sharing financial details or committing to recurring donations, which are significant barriers to online banking and subscription payment methods.
Goal:
The client requested a sustainable foundation of individual giving to generate income from recurring donations using digital channels.
Our approach:
The organization mainly relied on unsustainable in-kind donations and one-time bank donations from individual donors.
The client organization requested us to:- Lead a new website project consisting of assisting in design, functionalities, online payment integration for one-time & recurring payments, track all data (GDPR), and CRM data synchronization.
- Develop a project plan
- Create and execute digital marketing strategy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing & website SEO content
- Recruit recurring donors, increase organizational awareness & followers
- Measure the performance of each campaign and donation form on the landing page to improve the results
The result:
- We established a fully functional website capable of recurring and one-time online donations and created a transparent digital infrastructure that tracks all constituent data and activity, accurately written in Salesforce.
- Recruited 750 recurring donors with 10% Attrition rate
- Doubled the amount of followers to 10,000 total on Facebook, 2,000 on Instagram, and 500 on LinkedIn.
- Created and executed 10 social media campaigns with all funnel phases
